Brewster Waddell

Brewster is a founding owner of Participation Designs since it’s inception in 2017.

Brewster has 20+ years experience in high-tech sales, channel development and marketing throughout Latin America. Fluent in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and French. He has worked extensively in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru and the Caribbean. He spent many of his childhood years in Italy with his parents.

Brewster Waddell stays involved with UTDesign as a corporate mentor and a regular volunteer judge at the UTDesign Expos. His insights as a marketing professional are, in many ways, as beneficial to The Jonsson School students as they are to Participation Designs.

In addition to his work through UTDesign, Brewster Waddell serves as a member of the advisory council for the Master of Science in International Management Studies and a member of the advisory board at the Center for Global Business housed at the Naveen Jindal School of Management. Brewster also established an advisory fund in memory of his son Stone D’Arcy Waddell at the Jindal School.

Deanna Waddell

Chief Operating Officer

Deanna is a founding owner of Participation Designs since it’s inception in 20177.

Deanna Stone Waddell is a native Texan, a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. In 1989, she began her career as a runway model for the Elite, Ford and Kim Dawson agencies. She is a licensed Realtor and Appraiser with Ebby Halliday in Frisco, Texas representing clients for the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property.

Additionally, she and her brother recently founded Stone Collaboration, a real estate investment company that purchases homes at market value, renovates and markets these properties to home buyers. The group specialized in homes built in the 1960 – 1970’s that need to be renovated.

Deanna is also the President, co-founder: The Stone D’Arcy Waddell Gift Fund, Chief Information Officer of Participation Designs, and the Advisory Director – Majority Shareholder of the J.P. Stone Community Bank.

Bob Landers

V.P. of Engineering
Chief Technology Officer

Bob is a founding owner of Participation Designs since it’s inception in 2017.

Bob has 25+ years in Digital VLSI technology with a broad background in Embedded microcontrollers, digital architecture and IP, with experience in MCUs and ASICs in Industrial and High-reliability markets. He has a Masters in Engineering.

Bob graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering, UT Arlington with a Master of Science in Engineering, and  worked for Texas Instruments for 28+ years. For the last 10 years, in addition to working with Participation Designs, Bob also spends his volunteer time working as a Student and Program Mentor for UT Dallas.
