
Bob is a founding owner of Participation Designs since it’s inception in 2017.
Bob has 25+ years in Digital VLSI technology with a broad background in Embedded microcontrollers, digital architecture and IP, with experience in MCUs and ASICs in Industrial and High-reliability markets.
Bob graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering, and UT Arlington with a Master of Science in Engineering. Bob worked for Texas Instruments for 28+ years and 4 years for Cisco Systems. For the last 10 years, in addition to working with Participation Designs, Bob also spends his volunteer time working as a Student and Program Mentor for UT Dallas.
Deanna is a founding owner of Participation Designs since it’s inception in 2017.
Deanna is a licensed real estate evaluator in Texas and New Mexico. In 1989, she began her career as a runway model for the Elite, Ford and Kim Dawson agencies.
An advisory director/shareholder of her family banking business. Deanna is also the President, co-founder: The Stone D’Arcy Waddell Gift Fund.
Brewster is a founding owner of Participation Designs since it’s inception in 2017.
Brewster has 20+ years experience in high-tech sales, channel development and marketing. He is fluent in six languages and has worked extensively in North and South America.
Brewster is also involved with UTDesign as a corporate mentor, a regular volunteer and judge at the UTDesign Expos. He also serves as a member of the advisory council for the Master of Science in International Management Studies and the Center for Global Business housed at the Naveen Jindal School of Management.
Brewster and Deanna are active philanthorpists and focus on food insecurity and the Arts and Education. Among their grantees are: The North Texas Food Bank the Comet Cupboard at UTD, the Liberty Foundation, Jazz at the Lincoln Center and the Glenn Miller Museum.
